While we strive to offer same-day or next-day delivery for orders placed before the cut-off time, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses, absence of the recipient, or delivery unavailability. 3. Flower Substitution Guidelines
In cases where specific flowers, containers, packaging materials, or gift items are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with items of similar or greater value, ensuring the quality and aesthetic appeal of the arrangement. 4. Refunds and Claims
If you encounter issues with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving the product at +65 8490 9041. Include photos to support your claim for a review process. If the claim is valid, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

Any changes or cancellation of your order has to be made >2 working days in advance before your order fulfilment date. Each order will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if necessary.
