Fu Bloom Flowers Pte Ltd – Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Fu Bloom Flowers Pte Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions. For any changes to your order, please contact us directly at +65 84909041.

1. Cancellations & Refunds

- Full Refund: Orders cancelled at least 3 days before the delivery/collection date are eligible for a full refund.

- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 2 days before the delivery/collection date will receive a 50% refund.

- Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery/collection are not eligible for a refund. Any exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

2. Delivery Policy

Once your order has been delivered and received—either by the recipient or someone accepting it on their behalf—Fu Bloom Flowers Pte Ltd is no longer liable for the condition of the flowers. We encourage someone to be present to receive the delivery on time.

3. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

Our delivery team will attempt to contact the recipient upon arrival. If no one is reachable, our courier will wait up to 5 minutes before moving on. A redelivery can be arranged at your request for a $20 fee, subject to scheduling availability.

4. Visual Representation Disclaimer

The floral arrangements shown on our website are guideline references and not exact replicas. Every bouquet is handcrafted using fresh, seasonal blooms, so variations in color, flower type, and arrangement may occur due to seasonal availability. Our florists will maintain the overall look and feel of the chosen design while ensuring your flowers are beautifully and thoughtfully arranged.

5. Order Acceptance

Fu Bloom Flowers Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order at our sole discretion, including after payment has been processed, where we will refund you accordingly. This may occur in rare circumstances such as stock unavailability or delivery issues.

6. Photos of Final Arrangements

While we do our best to fulfill photo requests, especially during off-peak periods, we cannot promise photos of every bouquet before delivery. Please rest assured that each order undergoes a thorough quality check before it leaves our hands.
